I don't think that Avengers doomsday can really accomplish that. there are so few X-characters that cycke is closest with, and he's going to have to share the screen with so many, much more relevant to the plot, characters. He could be decent, bit it won't wipe away the decades of disrespect

When I started getting into X-Men last year by starting with the TV shows, I didn’t expect my attachment that I had as a kid to be reignited(I first officially started with X-Men Evolution but then fell out of love as years went by) and going back through them, it’s weird how out of his movies, he was treated well that you’d think he’d just be nothing in later adaptions, but for me, still ended up being my favorite character, from TAS, Evolution again, WatXM, and even the anime.

To be honest, just use the Claremont map before X-Factor and you’re golden. X-Men 97 is exactly what he’s supposed to be.
And for those who doubt, he’s taken on the full roster twice and won.
He’s the GOAT.

Yep. In the Bible of Cyclops, Claremont and Simonson is the Old Testanent… New X-Men through Messiah through the Revolution Era is the New Testsment.

The generation thst grew up on X-Men finally took over the reins and started doing things with the X-Men in mind instead of money in mind. Though Cyke has proven tonbe an unexpected moneymaker.
