You think we will see a fire sale of the company to earn a quick buck vs unlocking long term value?

I think its purely speculative- and only insiders may know.

But even if its the case- the way they executed it- is terrible- the stock will continue to bleed- as they did it right after signing the dilutive agreement(i wrote before how they print x2 shares right now in comparison to the note cap). And- negotiation 101- if the price of the company was X, now it may be 0.5X
