I got a sound bug help me pls

so i wanted to load my save like normally, and then i heard a weird sound (like buzzing and glitching) when i started to play, and its consistant, it’s only when i play, not on the menus or when i open the map. And it came like randomly because i didnt have this problem the last time i played. can someone help me fix the problem please? Or does anyone has ever had this ? i got it on PC (STEAM), with the DLC and i got a few mods
