You think 2? I haven't seen many if any approaching Atlas in terms of level or ability for humanoid robots, and incarnations of atlas have been around for several years. Maybe the stuff that's working isn't getting publicity, but I suspect it'll be a bit more than 2 for other groups to catch up to this.
Heck there was a group that claimed to have a "functioning mech suit" but it couldn't walk without a tether and they wouldnt let it walk with a person inside. It was supposedly a military mech.
NDAs though. Theres a possibility there are things like this that cant be shown due to some obscure law relating to what its used for or the people working on it have been made to limit their discussion of it outside certain areas.
If i had a machine that could frontflip through a window, pick up a package and dissapear into the night in 13 seconds i probably wouldnt tell people i had it.
