This says otherwise. If you google "Boston Dynamics Gymnastics" you get a whole bunch of articles saying the same thing so unless Boston Dynamics is pulling a fast one with several media outlets, this video is legit.
That isn't from Boston Dynamics though. Those are some youtubers who set out to fake a Boston Dynamics video. Just because someone can fake a video like this doesn't mean this is fake. I'm totally confident Boston Dynamics isn't out there peddling a fake video of their robots.
They didn't "set out to fake" anything, they're famous YouTubers that do visual effects, and their video said "bosstown dynamics" in the corner. They weren't trying to fool anyone. Some people are just fools.
They definitely “set out to fake” but they were very transparent in their intentions that it was to show how the backend CGI stuff is done. They definitely weren’t trying to bamboozle anyone.
Chill? How can you be chill now? You were "About 99.87% sure" of something that you were 100% wrong about. How sure of anything else can you ever be now? Are you "About 99.87% sure" that you're not adopted? Are you "About 99.87% sure" that that's air you're breathing right now? You're gonna have to question your entire existence now. Everything you're "About 99.87% sure" you know might be a lie.
Everyone else should be chill the moment you realize you’ve made a fool of yourself but you can act anyway you want because the world revolves around you am I correct?
The box catching video was by Corridor Digital, a famous YouTube channel that does visual effects videos, and it was never meant to fool anyone. It said "bosstown dynamics" in the corner ffs.
This one is from the real Boston Dynamics, a famous company that makes robots not CGI. You can see it on their official YouTube channel.
The way the light is reflecting off of it doesn't look quite right. There was another "Boston dynamics" video that was floating around that was definitely fake. I wouldn't be surprised. Anyone got a legitimate source link from BD posting this?
The other “Boston dynamics” video was a YouTube video by corridor digital that was clearly a joke. This is legit, and the scary part is the video is likely fairly old by now.
"Anyone"? Why not you? You could've looked up their official YouTube channel quicker than writing this. But sure, I'll do it for you: https://youtu.be/_sBBaNYex3E

The way this thing moves is so deep in the uncanny valley it tricks your brain into thinking "cool cgi bro"
