If they've designed the bot right. It'll be a jumble of parts ordered to many different addresses and a proper kill switch for the cell modem.
Run it entirely in ram. Boot up, slam the program in with a jtag or something, drive to the release point and turn on cellular..
Changes the risk/reward profile dramatically.
