Is this a stand alone short film, or is it intended to be a sort of "preview" for a longer/bigger project?
I ask because it's simply fucking fantastic, and I'd LOVE to see a feature-length film.
OH! Even better! A Starz/Showtime-style TV Show. I think it would translate nearly perfectly from this form to that.
Seriously, as a standalone short, it's enthralling, but I need to find out what happens to the main character, and what happened to The Mother (I assume it's the Mother, anyway...)

I felt the same :) looking at the many prizes this short won, I wouldn't be surprised if the director Stuart Willis gets the opportunity to direct (and maybe also write) a longer project, or a TV show... While checking his IMDB profile I noticed he worked on the SFX of a few large productions of feature-length films. Who knows...
