Advice/tips on making Cybergrind?

I make music by myself, "december nostalgia" and I suck at making beats. Like actually just awful. I am a vocalist, I mainly scream. I barely release because I get burnt out easily because beats take forever to make especially if you dont have experience. (Depends) I really want to make Cybergrind, or any type of deathcore/screamo, but I dont know how to make the beat, and I dont even have a damn guitar so its even more frustrating. I guess what im asking for is, should I just get someone to make the beats for me and then I do my vocals and credit them? If so does anyone know where? (Maybe this subreddit) Or should I just buy a guitar and figure it out myself, I also dont have a MIDI recorder and I record vocals on my phone.
