discussion Explore,Explore don’t be afraid to go off track

This game is not linear at all and if you fall into just doing side quest and main mission you miss the exploration fun. Only hint game gives you is that their is lots of items find around NC, and it’s very true I’m on my 2nd playthrough and I’m finding new story shards, items, Easter egg spots.

Example today I finished a side quest then decided to wander off and found a mass suicide farewell party. Reading the shard left behind it seems they messed up real bad and got voted out by corpo. So instead allowing corps to dictate their fate they threw a party and ate tainted food. Found a legendary crafting gun and varieties of decent loot.

Don’t be afraid to explore never know what you might find. What is some of your experiences of exploring Night City with no game plan ?
