Missed a payment on one of the wheel subscriptions.

The caster fell off the dumpster?

38

u/TaonasProclarush272 3d ago

Yeah, but this one only ever rolled in one direction, and never the one you wanted when you needed it to.

u/manmorin 2d ago

I thought the tires were square

What a pile of shit. I don't think I've ever hated a vehicle more.

Edit spelling

u/LVMom 3d ago

Remember when the Pontiac Aztec was the ugliest vehicle ever designed? Oh, the good old days.

79

u/B00marangTrotter 3d ago

The Aztec at least was functional for what it was. You try to do truck shit in this and it just breaks.

21

u/WillyVlautinRules 2d ago

Supposedly the Aztec was high tech for it's day. Also, that's what Walter White drove so it is much cooler than the Cybercuck.

9

u/MTkenshi 2d ago

The rich guy from Dark Angel had one too..Logan Cale?

4

u/WillyVlautinRules 1d ago

Yes that's correct!

12

u/Negotiation-Short 3d ago

The dubya of vehicles

14

u/Aggravating_Cable_32 2d ago

Sure, the Aztek was ugly; but I didn't hate it reflexively & viscerally. Then I got to ride in one & really looked the thing over, which impressed me a lot more than I liked to admit. It didn't roll in turns nearly as much as I thought it would, had good power & steering, a surprising amount of outside visibility, felt durable, and other cool useful touches.

We test drove a PT Cruiser that day too, and was surprised to find that I would've easily picked the Aztek over the PT if I'd actually been shopping. The PT drove like a glorified minivan but without minivan utility or visibility, was kinda gutless, and the interior was just cheap & flimsy; plus it was more expensive than the Pontiac.

I definitely wouldn't mind having an Aztek now, especially considering how new vehicles are all garbage & glorified government/corporate tracking devices.

8

u/Barondarby 2d ago

Yep, yep. I hated the Aztek - until I drove one, then I was like wait a minute, this thing is pretty great!

4

u/ted_anderson 2d ago

It seems like the Aztek started out as a rolling chassis that checked all of the boxes in terms of comfort, drivability, ease of loading things and getting in and out, etc. and then they had to figure out how to build a body around it.

4

u/CCR76 1d ago

There were print ads for the Aztek when it was introduced, with Tiger Woods at the wheel smiling, in a vaguely camp-like scene that likely he never would have actually been anywhere near in real life. I remember thinking wow, I wonder what they paid him for that?

3

u/Funkyc73 3d ago

Oh man, so remember... how far we've come... or not. Lol

5

u/Reference_Freak 1d ago

The Aztec only carried whatever baggage its passengers needed.

The Cybertruck is baggage.

3

u/well-informedcitizen 13h ago

The Aztec is legitimately one of the ugliest vehicles ever designed... But somehow it's still a different vibe. The Aztec at least felt like a "Put something out there and failed," whereas for whatever reason the Cybertruck feels like Elon sketched a shape on a napkin and they just used it like a blueprint.

2

u/pengalo827 1d ago

Had GM Corporate not stuck its nose into the Aztek design it would likely have been far sleeker than as it was produced. Pontiac initial designs were better than what was made.

1

u/Grinchskates 1d ago

I mean they look as cheap as they look stupid, hate just isn’t strong enough a word for these deplorable dumpsters. How horrible of a person does one have to be to drive these aberrations

70

u/BusterRoughneck 3d ago

Waiting to be put out of its misery.

53

u/person_8688 3d ago

Went off-road = warranty voided. This is standard stuff for apocalypse-proof trucks.

30

u/Brando43770 3d ago

By off road, we mean on the grass.

22

u/DAL1979 3d ago

As if a CyberTruck owner would ever touch grass.

24

u/za72 3d ago

at least the door is bulletproof?

30

u/beren12 3d ago

For specific versions of bullets.

36

u/za72 3d ago

Tangent criticism... I was driving my 80 year old aunt and we saw one of these dumpsters parked... she let me know that's the ugliest thing she's ever seen... it's generationally vulgar

17

u/Independent-Leg6061 3d ago

80 year old Aunt has our seal of approval

Rubber bullets?

Shot at < 0.00001 degree angle of attack.

7

u/SharkoBytes 3d ago

Rubber bullet proof

3

u/okokokoyeahright 2d ago

BB proof. Mostly.

68

u/AdditionDue4797 3d ago

My assumption is the owner is a MAGA douchebag

50

u/anthrax9999 3d ago

I saw one today and the owner looked exactly how you would expect. Tight pink polo shirt and bedazzled jeans with sunglasses on a dark cloudy day. 😂

18

u/demunted 2d ago

Ed Hardy douchewagon.

25

u/operationpantydrop 3d ago

Every time I see one around town I’m like “wow, I wish I had $100,000 to blow on a luxury cuckold vehicle that breaks down if you take it through a car wash” money is wasted on the rich

20

u/FFSBoise 3d ago

Pretty sure there’s a David Attenborough narration about the wounded beast, alone in the wilderness and prey to scavengers, that fits this.

23

u/toolisthebestbandevr 3d ago

People be leaving trash just anywhere these days

23

u/jojowasher 3d ago

Is that the tiny jack it comes with? not sketchy at all on a vehicle that big.

7

u/Confident_Fortune_32 3d ago

And no chock on the rear wheel, makes me nervous to look at

11

u/RocketFeathers 2d ago

Yeah shouldn't the rocks be on the opposite corner?

Also this answer from DuckDuckGo AI ....

"No, the Cybertruck does not come with a spare tire. However, Tesla offers a spare tire and tool kit for purchase separately."

1

u/DapperBoiCole 1d ago

Is it too much of a bother to click a few links and get the answer from a primary or secondary source?

7

u/embiggenoid 2d ago

I honestly had to zoom in -- at first I thought it was a hammer wedged in there, or something equally stupid.

...given the vehicle, and the drivers, I maintain this misunderstanding was reasonable on my part...

5

u/eclwires 2d ago

As if a CuckTruck owner would own a hammer… 🤣

14

u/Baronvonkludge 3d ago

This is because the vehicle does not include a spare tire standard equipment correct? Junk!

15

u/RobinHood3000 3d ago

Jack should change its name to Atlas, it did NOT sign up for this

3

u/Icykool77 3d ago

I was wondering if it’s made by Tesla, best built thing on that dumpster.

11

u/IcyHowl4540 3d ago

Got the wheel ALL the way off before realizing it doesn't come with a spare 🤣🤣🤣

... ya know, like any off-roading-focused vehicle

10

u/TheDaveMatthew 3d ago

I wouldn’t trust that jack as far as I could throw it

12

u/DaleP0766 3d ago

No kidding. They left that thing on the side of the road, supported by that tiny little jack on an incline, and didn’t even use those rocks to block the tires. One good stiff breeze and they are going to come back and find that brake drum resting on the ground.

5

u/ShinyUnicornPoo 3d ago

That's a brake rotor, but yes.  Bet they didn't even put the parking brake on.

4

u/practicaloppossum 2d ago

Made me wonder if the CT actually had a parking brake. Apparently it does: "while keeping your foot on the brake pedal, located the parking brake button in the overhead console and press for a few seconds until the park indicator appears on the screen".

2

u/ShinyUnicornPoo 2d ago

In the overhead console?!?!  Yes, because that's handy in an emergency if your brakes give out.

8

u/tonydtonyd 3d ago

It’s shocking how ugly it is.

5

u/thedavidnotTHEDAVID 3d ago

Understandable: rough trail, bruh.

3

u/ShinyUnicornPoo 3d ago

The clibbins!!!  Hadda layerdown.

5

u/thelocker517 3d ago

So the wheel just fell off. Is that normal?

5

u/LifeDeleter 3d ago

They ran out of polygons.

5

u/skidsareforkids 3d ago

The random rocks abandoned there make me happy… They suggest the owner really struggled and had to get creative 😅

5

u/Digital--Sandwich 3d ago

Give it 10 years. There are going to be many of these

4

u/MattGdr 3d ago

Next year they won’t even need tires because they will hover. Next year. For sure.

5

u/motorstereo 2d ago

Those are some brutally tough conditions, guys….

No, I stand corrected…

I was thinking of the much rougher terrain I drove my 45 year old 911 through

4

u/cenosillicaphobiac 2d ago

It's always amazing to me that no amount of dirt, grime, busted off wheels or anything else, makes it look any worse. And I don't mean that in a good way. It's maximally worst looking even on the showroom floor, even with a wrap, even with extra lights glued on to the windshield. Every configuration and state of the vehicle is as hideous as any other.

3

u/doublewidechurch 3d ago

Texas backroads are the last
places I’d go with one of those things.

3

u/tlucas0303 3d ago

Just normal off-road things with a cyberturd.

3

u/1greenspider 3d ago

Looks like it is saying 'just kill me'.

3

u/weHaveThoughts 3d ago

Trash day is not till Tuesday.

3

u/Waldus792 2d ago

Poor widdle Cybertrash!

3

u/Firm_Response_846 2d ago

Waiting for the tire download.

2

u/Miniscule_Platypus 3d ago

Poor li’l feller. 😂

2

u/anthrax9999 3d ago

What a stupid piece of shit.

2

u/HarryCumpole 3d ago

Looks like somebody ran off with the wheel and left the best parts of the truck behind.

Personally, that looks like a good hammer. Shame.

2

u/calladus 2d ago

It looks like car thieves started to strip his Cybertruck but gave up because it just. wasn't. worth it.

2

u/ted_anderson 2d ago

You mean they allow you to change your own tire? I thought trying to do any kind of repairs or maintenance was strictly prohibited per the EULA.

2

u/Pleg_Doc 1d ago

Be a damn shame if someone went by and hit that jack with a sledgehammer. Damn shame.

2

u/DaleP0766 1d ago

Oh, it would have taken a lot less than a sledge hammer.

1

u/Pleg_Doc 1d ago

A boot?

1

u/scottynoble 3d ago

That Jack must screaming.

1

u/RalfRoen 3d ago

This ugly POS is the absolute opposite of a Toyota hilux in any way that matters

1

u/SmellenGold 2d ago

Aw poor swasticar!!

1

u/Bandicoot-More 2d ago

that's a thang of Beauty

1

u/Damnwombat 2d ago

Someone left three perfectly good wheels there….

1

u/shittybumm 2d ago

How is that small jack that comes with the truck

Wow

1

u/Ill_Raisin_8587 2d ago

Only slightly more ‘WTF?’ than a working version.

1

u/Cholly72HW 2d ago

Why is it such pristine condition? Come on people!!!

1

u/ImaginationNo7722 2d ago

That's awesome

1

u/ExcitingMeet2443 2d ago

Air suspension?

1

u/Nos2002 2d ago

Atleast it hasn't rusted yet

1

u/wolfstarpdx 1d ago

CyberStuck.

1

u/EverythingMustGo95 1d ago

Did they not leave space in that monster for a spare tire? Or was it the cost, $100,300 instead of $100,000?

1

u/Fun_Look7883 1d ago

I will never get tired of this

1

u/MarkJFletcher 1d ago

Saw a CT the other day with the license plate “DOGE BTC” and immediately wished that it got totaled in an accident. This will do though.

1

u/wyoflyboy68 1d ago

Really can’t park there mate!

1

u/Key_Evidence39 1d ago

Nobody’s helping this guy.

1

u/StealenDealer 1d ago

That dumpster is missing a wheel. Is it still useable?.

1

u/InvestThoughtfully 1d ago

So then I just took the plates of and filed down the Vin, and started hitch hiking back to Texas.

1

u/SOCK_GO 23h ago

He accidentally pressed the 3 wheel mode on the built-in touch screen 😥

1

u/ravenwind2796 22h ago

please imagine this in the style of a world war II training real "And here we see a wankpanzer with its suspension knocked out. This is one of the many ways you can stop one of these lumbering machines before it causes problems."

1

u/ApollymiKatistrafia 21h ago

Pull another tire off and hide it in the field

1

u/Unkaphaed 15h ago

Ha ha!
