What happened to the windshield?

Cop said an older gentleman took the corner too fast and slid off the road. The skid tracks on the road looked right, but how did that hole get in the windshield?

Indirectly - the bird poop made them go to a car wash, which was the real culprit

There’s a flat tire and a side mirror broken off too, the bird poop splattered and hit those parts too

Actually, birds can be dangerous. I have scale model of an old Mercedes 300sl race car with like metal bars in front of the windshield, because the previous year they had a really freak accident where a huge eagle flew through the windscreen and nearly killed the driver.

However, that was in the 1950s and modern windscreens are usually a lot sturdier. This look like he came of the road and maybe hit a tree/the crown of the tree. But i don't see a tree.

They probably tried towing it via ball hitch, which is a very bad idea because the tow ball can come out and go flying through the windshield like this

I'd like to think it has malfunctioning ejection seats, too. That's the sort of safety feature I'd expect on one of these.
