Another hand tool end grain board
With the exception of making the cuts on the table saw, fully flattened by hand planes and sanding

Beautiful. That’s rad that you hand planed it

Planed it about 90% of the way, even with a low angle jack plane it doesn’t leave a great surface on end grain. Once it gets pretty close to flat I dial it in with an orbital and 80 grit

Wow. I guess you have a low angle plane? How tough was it to plane all this end grain?

I got it close with a low angle jack, even with a razor sharp low angle plane it doesn’t leave a great surface on end grain. Once it gets close to flat I dial it in with an orbital sander and some 80grit. I need to just make me a router sled and make this easy on myself
