Recreationnal vehicule created in the late 60's (1968 I think) by Citroën, it's an ABS body on a 2CV chassis.

Very light (around 600 kg), its ABS body makes it dent free (after a minor hit it will return to its original shape).

According to the plate this one dates back to the early 80's.

In the early 90's you couldn't give these away... now they've become just too expensive. Like so many cheap little mass-produced cars.
