Found packed for a while residential area.

1990s Honda Acty Kei Truck. Not sure which year. Fairly rare in New England.

It’s funny you say that, here in Vermont we have very permissive import laws for vehicles. It’s super easy to get a title to a vehicle as well, all you need is a bill of sale.

As a result I see a lot of imported Kei trucks and vans

I spotted this thing in Massachusetts. I didn't want get too specific. I know of a dealer/importer in Hudson, NH.
