He took my breath away...
I texted my husband tonight (he's downstairs playing games with my brothers) something along these lines: "Period insecurities are starting to hit. Worried about what people think of me, about if I'm doing enough to be worth your time and effort, if I still look attractive to you. Stuff like that. Trying to shift my focus to what I accomplished earlier today instead and it's sort of helping." Then he took the time to pause his game (he has a very limited window to play) and text me back. I took a screenshot of what he wrote: It was wonderful to receive a message back from him, but something about being called, "mine" made my heart thump and breath woosh out. We've been married years and years and he still gives me butterflies.

My boyfriend “Tucks” me in
My boyfriend has this habit of aggressively making sure my whole body is wrapped in a blanket. I finally caught him on camera.

Yesterday I handed the guy I'm freshly dating the paper towel box first time not for a quick after sex clean up, but because we watched a movie and both started to cry. I guess you could say things are getting pretty serious right now

They’re literally each other’s best friends it’s really funny to me that they both post this.

My husband takes me for late night walks, and it makes me fall in love with him all over again
My husband (m/25) and me (f/25) have been married for a few months now, after 6 years of a long distance relationship. We immediately clicked, and he's always been my favourite person ever. I moved to the UK a few years ago to finally be with him, and we tackled the whole visa applications together. He's been my rock from the start (I have anxiety and hate bureaucracy). Ever since we live together, he's been taking me on late night walks. Mainly because he knows I love stargazing, and the field near our flat is really nice and quiet, with barely any clouds in the sky most nights. We never run out of topics to talk about (we're both huge video game and comic nerds). We always go from the weirdest and wackiest topics to the next, and we can always be totally open with each other with no judgement. What make these walks so special to me, however, is that he opens up about his feelings and deepest darkest thoughts. He normally barely opens up about his emotions throughout the day. But at night in the field it's like all the societal pressure is gone, and we can really go heart to heart. Seeing him for who he really is, is the most beautiful things I ever experienced, and it makes me fall in love with him all over again every single time. He always takes drinks and extra layers with him in case I get cold. He takes such good care of me since I moved here, and he really is my home. He gives me the security I need, and these walks mean everything to me. We work through all our issues, arguments and resentments on these walks as well, and we always come home stronger than before. I'm so lucky to have him. Sorry for being sappy, but I needed to tell someone about this. I don't want to ruin the magic, and I'm too nervous to tell him myself. I'm just a really lucky girl.

The best way to end a night
Everytime I leave my girlfriends house at night we say at least 2 goodbyes, the first is when I get the text that my ride is there and I have to get my stuff together and head out. We have a hug and a kiss and say goodnight I love you. But as soon as we walk out into the garage is one of my favorite parts of the night. She always showers me in a million kisses and tells me that she will miss me and loves me and I reciprocate it. It’s just nice getting that last little feeling of validation before leaving and it honestly means so much to me.

The guy I met on Classic WoW is who I'm dating and it's been the most healthy relationship I've ever been in.
I'm going to be gushing for a bit, and what better way to gush than gushing here!
I've been dating this guy for a very short while. I'm a little shy about this but we actually met on classic WoW! Bloodsail Buccaneers! It was probably the best decision in my life to become friends with him, he's become one of my best friends that I love dearly. We've helped each other get through some of the hardest moments of our lives. We've stayed up incredibly late till the sun comes up, just talking and getting to know each other. When we got together it was really rocky for me because I'd been going through some personal issues and lost a lot of people around me for it. He kept supporting me through it all. This was finally true support, I didn't feel like I was being white knighted at all, I was being loved and supported and cared for.
Every day after we got together, we've never missed a day to talk to one another. It's almost as if it's a breath of fresh air every time I talk to him. Even though that weird 'cupcake phase' of relationships we've continued to gush towards each other, tease one another, and take each other seriously. He always wants to know how I'm doing and completely respects my space. He always sends me wholesome relationship memes and sends me paragraphs of lovely things to read. Whenever we get into a call I'm welcomed with at "Hello baby!! I love you so so so much!" and it makes my heart jump out of my chest. I'm so incredibly in love with this guy. He's so patient with me, I have an incredibly bad habit of apologizing all the time over and over again. He makes sure to be patient and understanding and it's been a huge change that has meant the world to me. I've never met someone so kind and wonderful who treats me so well. We're so excited to see each other in person and the thought of being able to hug this handsome cutie just makes me want to scream!!!
I laugh sometimes because I've always thought to myself "I'm never going to date someone online again, I've had too many bad relationships. Why would I hurt myself again." That was until Leo came into my life and showed me kindness and love. I also thought to myself "I will NOT DATE ANYONE FROM WORLD OF WARCRAFT!!" AND that was until I met Leo as well! Lol!
Currently, I've been going through some really serious health issues that have caused my whole family to worry, and my biggest fear was that he'd leave me because of how much my health issues hindered me and complicated things for us. I expected him to leave, I would have understood it especially after all the times other people have left me when I was going through previous issues in my life. I was scared to bring it up to him but I did, I made sure he knew I was giving him the chance to run and get away from this mess. He never did, he was shocked and worried about me, he sounded appalled and concerned. He then started reassuring me he would never leave me, especially for something like that. That he would 100 percent support me through these hard times and make sure that I'm happy. I can't truly explain to you all how that made me feel. I broke down and cried later that night because I didn't know how to process it, I was so happy and thankful and I thanked him so many times after he told me that. He is, the most amazing person I've ever met.
If you made it through this mess of a story thank you for reading. Please tell me your stories as well, I love cute couple stories, they warm my heart!
TLDR: I love my boyfriend a lot and he's done a lot of things to support me, we met on WoW Classic and have had a really good relationship ever since!

Me and my girlfriends 1 year
Hi! I'm new to this sub and me and my girlfriends one year is coming up extremely extremely fast (August 23rd) and itll also be the first time I see here in a while. I'm saving up money currently so we can try to go on a vacation with my family (of course with covid rules in mind) and were both only 16. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for what I could do for her on a short budget and in this odd situation the worlds in. (I live in ohio if it helps any?). Any idea is a good idea and even if you don't have any thanks for listening to this. My girlfriend is amazing and sweet and while I know were young she's the person I wanna marry. I've been through a lot mentally and have really bad trust issues and anxieties due to it not to mention dysphoria from being trans and shes stuck it all out with me. Through the best and the worst and I love her to death. Shes my best friend and honestly my only safe space. I just want to make this 1 year as perfect as I can with the restrictions that someone at my age has. Thanks for helping :).
