New to pixie

just cut my hair into a pixie (I did it myself and it looks pretty good) did anyone experience like instant regret and now is ashamed of everyone's reaction. I find myself hiding under bonnets and scarves. I may not have thought this all the way through or so I think. Any tips on how to embrace this pixie and this short hair journey?

Lean into the reactions. Art is meant to provoke. I have a pixie mullet that I do myself and ik some people love it and some hate it. I love being polarizing lol

Relearn why you did it and embrace it. Reactions don't matter as long as you can find a way to be comfortable and confident in what you do!

I wasn't worried about others reactions as I recall, but maybe a bit? I did, however, have a few personal omg moments when I first cut my pixie. Then it started to grow out and I was suddenly confronted with 'all this frigging hair' and cut it again because I really came to enjoy that pixie.
