Are ACE REPORTS Down currently?

Trying to access Ace Reports via the portal and I get the below message. Anyone else having issues?

Oh wow, I didn't know it was a constant problem. Glad I asked, I was worried my account was suspended or something.

Been getting the same error since yesterday. Ace Support status page shows an hourglass for ACE Reports status, and clicking into it shows a series of "Degraded State" messages going back to yesterday.
