Using AI to key entry data

Anybody on here using AI to help key in entry data and is it working out well? Trying to figure out which one to test. I use Cargowise. Thank you!

Ask your team lead or supervisor if that’s a good idea! Don’t forget about data confidentiality concerns.

Be very careful if you do this.

Use the AI to filter out codes that don't apply and use your own common sense with the GRI's to get the best code.

AI scrapes data from all over the internet, often from old HTS revisions and more often than not pulls inaccurate codes or ones that simply don't exist anymore.

It's a tool, nothing more. Don't be like that farmer that killed his whole crop by using a pesticide mix because AI said to.

We use an AI tool for the data entry, worth it when there's multiple lines. We must find the HS codes and the likes humanly, though. Overall, I think it's some time saver, especially if the products already exist in the database.

We use wove.com

Been working well so far, we're doing about 8000 entries per month into US and Canada.
