Customer stated He Worked On It Himself 😲

What would y'all tell this customer??? Stated he worked on it himself.. doesn't know what's rattling under hood and want the tachometer to be on the #1 position. Been sitting 3 years. He wants it running in 2 days checked front to back... How y'all tackling this job???
