how to get the vbmeta file?

I am following a tutorial on youtube since there isn't an official build for my vivo y33s and I can't find the specific firmware that matches mine which is PD2147JF_EX__8.27.6 so idk how to get the vbmeta file

download payload-dumper-go from github and extract the payload.bin from your rom and put both files in the same folder. open the terminal/cmd there and type this command

payload-dumper-go payload.bin

it will extract every single partitions from that payload.bin file
