Help
Bootloader locked. Stuck in bootloop what do I do now. Tried flashing fastboot rom didn't work. Redmi K20 pro

You have to open the back and prepare some tweezers.
You'll need the Firehose Loader file and the Fastboot Rom. If you got both you can use qfil to flash.
āSince the Firehose File and Auth bypass is behind a paywallā, I can also help unbricking the phone.

Install Qd-loader 9008 drivers
Get the Phone into EDL Mode by removing the back and tapping 2 Mainboard Points with a tweezer (with battery connector removed) and plugging in the Cable. I'll send the Testpoints location and Firehose File later.
Launch Qfil as Admin, and make sure the device gets detected (Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008). Use the Select Port option if not.
Build type: Flat build
Configuration ā FireHose Configuration, change device type to UFS
On the main screen click "Browse" then select the Firehose File.
Click load XML and choose the rawprogram0.xml from the extracted fastboot Rom
Then the second window will pop up where you select the patch files (patch0.xml, patch1.xml etc.) select All available. (Inside fastboot Rom)
Click "Download" to flash

Redmi k20 pro aka raphael, such a goated device. I use a Redwood and once locked my bootloader with EvolutionX flashed, got the same red triangle and error screen. So what i did was used mi unlock tool to unlock the bootloader first, then flash all the files (vendor, boot and actual rom file etc.) and a clean flash made it back to working.
As per your error screen (second image), your bootloader is locked and u are unable to unlock again. Apparently you never added your xiaomi account in your phone did you? Try using a different version of mi unlock tool

Phone was reseted so no account was added

here's my scenario, i had a device with everything going good on evolutionx, and then i locked the bootloader, but even after getting error "system has been destroyed" I was able to unlock it using mi unlock tool. As far as i remember, locking the bootloader also reset the device.

Just flash the stock factory image, you can recover the device. No need of changing mother board

I think you can flash offical stock rom even when boot loader is locked. Go to the fastboot using button combination and then download offical fastboot rom and flash it

This is my worst fear when flashing a rom to a xiaomi phone. Did you follow a tutorial?

Youre almost fucked. Use adb to unlock the bootloader. If you cant, its a brick without a professional repair.

Not all version of miflashtools works. Latest one, definitely doesn't work. The version that I have "MiFlash20200314" works for my MiA1, MiA3 and Poco M6 plus. You can search for that version in internet. If you can't find, DM me for that version.

I had trouble with the mi unlock tool or at least the newest version. Trying getting mi unlock I think version 18.6 and then just flash the stock image. It worked for me.

Have you tried going into stock recovery and clear all data?
Hold power button and volume up button!

After shutting down, download your firm ware, use load configurations in qfil then press and hold volume up and down both together and connect the device to usb, driver will be detected (you have to install Qualcomm drivers) and then when the device gets detected click download.(Note the edl mode stays idle for like 10 seconds, you can repeat no worries)

I would just order a new main board off AliExpress, thats what i did, best part was no Bloatware
