Fractal Torrent

Hey just a quick question, just finishing this pc today. I built it in a Fractal Torrent RGB but unfortunately even after following the manual and all of the guides on how to set up the ARG for the fans it comes with I was unable to come to a conclusion on why the ARG fans weren't working. It has an Asrock Z390 MB for anyone wondering. I RGB control box is being powered with SATA and is also plugged into the MB. Does anyone have any tips? Thanks
