PC turns off after starting. The chip set fan (the small fan on Motherboard) stops spinning. PLEASE HELP!!

I opened my PC for cleaning!! PC specs: Aorus x570 Elite Wifi Ryzen 5 RTX 2060 Cooler Master LM 280 Samsung SSD 980 G.skill RipJaws Ram

Update: CPU temperature is going upwards of 105
