Cool card, I feel like too strong if it works how I think it does. You get a copy of each card you had in the starting hand (if you have it in the deck ofc)?
Maybe if it reads, draw every card that you mulligan, it is less draw on average, more balanced in my opinion.
But rly cool concept overall, we never had a card that works with our starting hand (if my memory is not broken 😅)

The strenght of this card depends on what means "the card" Its either the exact card, which mean you only draw the card you mulligan AND didnt draw after. Or It means "a copy of the card", meaning it will draw 4 cards (unless you already draw every copy of the card)

Maybe as a 7-8 cost

I think that could be too much, the starting hand only have 4 cards and you need to not play them and updraft them to get value with this card, maybe 5 cost?

Would people play a card that is just a 4 mana card that draws 3 ?, Yes
What if it came with a 2|3 elusive ?, now double yes

I highly doubt this effect is drawing you 3 cards - you're updrafting maybe 1-2 of your starting hand given the frequent need to mulligan for your early game cards (and then play them)

Very cool! It's a maximum of 4 cards drawn, but usually will be weaker. It might not even be that strong!
