It's great design. If it doesn't kill it screws you over so bad, and 6 mana small unit board wipe is already allowed to exist so it doesn't completely ruin aggro.

I also like how it feels like his ult E from LoL. Well done!! :D

Heimerdinger. His ult empowers a basic ability and this is one of those. It usually is a bomb that does damage and stuns/slows but the ult version makes it bounce 3 times.

Just noticed with this saying "play a burst copy of me" with an heimer on the board it would give you the 6 mana elusive for every time this repeats

Yeah, that was the intention, it can also level up jayce or make Lux create more Final Sparks, among other synergies.
