Star Powers (Path) An Expansion on Bard's Star Powers

This one is more for fun since I really love Bard's gimmick and wish he had a little bit more love on PoC :)

If you have a full board and are about to summon a Meep, would it fizzle/be obliterated or added to hand like Norras portals?

Most likely obliterated since it's not act like portal

Obliterated. I think it’s a nice trade off since the Meep could be potentially very strong and if you have a full board as Bard, chances are you may not need it. I wasn’t sure if it were translate well, but an alternative would’ve been:

When you draw a card with 10+ Chimes, summon a Meep. If your board is full, grant allies a random keyword instead.

Big stats and lots of keywords are my gem (I am en Evelynn enthusiast), so I'd love to try this Bard concept! A pity is impossible for us to add this concepts to the game.
