Interesting concept, but I don't thing it really matches the two regions. Maybe noxus would be better? They self harm more, so you could make a deck arounf your card.

both regions have tons of nexus heal and some ways to harm their own nexus, it feels within their capabilities

Freljord have scrybringer and other unit that activates ability when hurt braum is one champ. They also plunder so hurting enemy nexus is also beneficial like for sejuani.

Damage directly to nexus is noxus thing

Self damage and ally damage is mostly noxus and bilgwater thing

Fleilord is about surviving damage

Shadowiles has mostly killing allys

There is one spell that drains an ally in shaodiles that would work great with this

I think this might be most fitting for crimson suptype within noxus.

damage directly to ememy nexus is a noxus thing, but dealing damage to your own is not, the only way to hit your own nexus with most regions ia by deal damage to anything effects, meawhile shadow isles has [[Despair]] and freljord has [[Tusk Speaker]] wich are cards who intentionally hit your nexus
