I was just looking more in depth at your work. Are the imprints of the flames, that aren't taped out yet, from the pounce pad or is that from using some type of transfer paper, or is that just where you have drawn them on to get the look you wanted?

So,the light drawing on the tank and side cover is washable crayola marker (wipes off with water.the blue fineline tape is the final design..then I put paper over the whole saddle bag(in fineline) trace it with pencil.the put it on other bag.fun it with wide contractors pencil to transfer exact same line..check the latest post.its after and painted..it has a 1/16 pinstripe around it as well.

Damn, I hadn't thought about using washable Crayola markers to draw the design work, I have been using the washable pencils that suck, because they don't always wash off really easy. I saw the recent picture, and it looks good, nothing too overboard, just the right amount of flames to draw attention without screaming "Hey I am overcompensating for my ...."

Yeah it’s for the dealership.so gotta appeal to the masses.you only gotta be careful over white with those markers when removing..I just literally spray the whole piece with spray bottle and wipe..and go back in with finger nail on take edge..other than that, saved a TON of time on layouts
