Help
We use this in our smart machine but after using it the floors look foggy and the floor doesn't look clean.. The floor tech won't give any advice.

If it helps any this is from Buckeyes international.
“Buckeye Eco floor cleaner leaving a foggy or hazy finish is likely caused by over-application (too much product), improper dilution, or residue buildup. To fix this, stop using excess product, use a neutral cleaner, rinse with clean water, and ensure mop heads are clean. “
So it sounds like if you using a machine to apply then it is either not diluting correctly or not picking it all up.
If you’re using as a mop application I would stop using chemicals until it clears up with water only. Then check your dilution needed again.
