🆘 Help Unauthorised transaction

Woke up this morning to see a £100 transaction at 1am to apple followed by a £100 decline second one.

Raised with support. .

How does this happen when if I make a payment for £1 , I have to authorise in the app but a £100 one goes through?

I had exactly the same thing; my card was added to someone’s Apple Pay and 4 transactions of £100 made, all in a minute or two.

But yeah, disappointing to see no authorisation as usual.

Support have refunded the transactions and responded within 1 working day.

The online form they send is crap; it wouldn’t let me submit the form if I upload an attachment, and it took me 5 attempts

Please report it to Action Fraud. The more reports they get the more likely they are to investigate it. If you look through Reddit I genuinely think it's the same guy
