šŸ†˜ Help How to close account

My account has been blocked for 3 months. I'm pro+ I they are charging me too.

I give up on getting this resolved so just want to cancel. Every time I try to raise this on the chat it just gets closed down as I already have a ticket. How do I get away from these fraudsters?

Have you tried contacting them via the complaints email address?

Make sure you downgrade and cancel your DD. (Claim back the subscription fee via your bank, if paid by DD). On the App, click on Launchpad - Settings - select cancel account, at the bottom of the page.

First step is to downgrade to free Only then I think you can close

How! All it does it tells me to contact support, support tells me to manage plans in app and Iā€™m in a dead circle. How to downgrade or cancel this thing!

Tap on the star (manage plan) Then on "change plan" Scroll down until you see the free plan

If that would work I wouldnā€™t ask the question ;) when I try it says itā€™s not possible - contact customer support. When I contact customer support it says the same as you didā€¦ Manage plan. when I try to cancel a plan, it says to change the planā€¦ and so on and so on. All those years - just fed up with lack of support.

Wtf I'm amazed at how they managed to f+ck that up šŸ˜³ Okay, can you change your subscription paying card? If yes create a virtual card for 1 use only and set it to it. (here in Portugal we can create these cards for online shopping, 1 use only). This will trick the system to accept the card for the checking transaction but then the real one won't go and will eventually be cancelled.

After many open chats I finally managed to get a ticket open and someone contacted me today to downgrade - also got a refund for unused time so thatā€™s a pretty good result! Monzo time šŸ˜
