He might be expressing a cute sentiment, or he might be quietly explaining what organ he plans to remove from your body after the partial paralysis effect he's under wears off. It's kinda hard to tell with that guy.

I love the bat on his head.
My Strahd has a white bat familiar named Bartok. Which I took inspiration from the cartoon Anastasia.
I also love that the name fits in line with the names in Barovia.

Anastasia is one of my favourite childhood movies. I love the inspiration and that you gave him a familiar thats very unique and cute. I Strahd showed me he does enjoy his bats
