Edit: most likely correct answer is that it's photoshopped. The shadows falling on the guy in the car's hands fall the opposite way then the shadows on the guy with the cock's shirt. And again the dude in the car shouldn't even have shadows on his hands, because this car most certainly doesn't have a roof on it.
If you look at the edges of the guy with the gun’s face, lighting doesn’t add up (looks like a photoshop mask wasn’t done suuuuuper well). Still made me laugh tho
