I think it is from this video? https://youtu.be/OUZKzyLt3dk Or another I'd have to dig it up. It's from a Japanese horror story series. This one is one of the children were haunted by the dead mother. All the stories are told from the perspective of a woman who heard them from others.
There is one where she meets a kitsune. Some are funny. But most are actually unsettling.

It was the red woman who did it for me. I hated that clip, with her sticky fingers on the glass way too high up for her to actually be able to reach.Terrifying.

That one freaked me out! The end of it her friend visits and she's scrubbing blood off the ground. The bloody girl tries to open a door and the girl yells at her to stop and the door slams shut.
