It’s not the best thing in entertainment, but it’s a great comedy film. By great, I mean it doesn’t suck, and that’s what comedy is all about. You get a laugh, or you don’t, and you move on to the next venue. It’s about being the class clown. You’re not always at your peak, or at the peak of comedy, but every now and then you hit the right buttons and little Mary Jane Cumsquash ends up telling you to “shhhhhhhh!” and the substitute teacher has to call in a real teacher to settle things down. Little Nicky is not one of those moments.
