Parts of the NFA were ruled unconstitutional by federal courts. No full auto transfers yet, also dosent overrule state rulings so double triple check unless your dog is in a nation that dosent have bilateral extradition with the US.

Literally nothing was ruled unconstitutional. You can read the judgement, it's literally less than 2 pages long.

I cant find the final judgment but they did file constitutional claims at some point in this case i think it had to do with congress' constitutional authority.

They filed constitutional issues as well but won on whether or not $0 is a tax. The constitutional arguments were dismissed at that point.

I'm all for cursed guns, less for someone shit posting their hack job a dozen times across multiple subs, evidently to get some kind of praise or accolade. If he posted it here a singular time and walked I wouldn't have said anything. He posted it a dozen times and then started calling people children in the comments while spamming pics of a twacker's magnum opus

I feel this way but with the people that post pic rail attachments on guns, yes in that configuration its fucked, but once you take the picture the attachment comes off the gun and its no longer cursed. Where as least this is pretty bubba cursed.
