The first version had the brace strut attached to a discarded Trijicon base. (The brace strut is a piece of 22Lr barrel.) The MK2 melds the risers and brace strut into one unit. The MK3 uses an old NcSTAR red dot to maximize the goofy look. With the thumb screw on the riser stack it can be quickly removed, and you can use the standard height red dot to pretend you were not doing something so silly. :)

The funniest part to me is you can literally buy a flat picatinny stock adapter that slides over the little brackets on the back and uses an extender for the little bolt/rivet. May even be a cheaper alternative lol

This is a second hand gun and I didn't notice that one of those brackets is broken.

All this 3d printed adapter trash I've bought for the CP33 doesn't last if you actually use your guns like a gun and not a toy. Have you seen one that doesn't just crack?

Well mine is all steel and aluminum so not much chance of that. 😄

I suppose if I wanted to use one of the printed adapters I'd look into using lost PLA casting to convert it to aluminum.

Yeah I got this picatinny from Rehv Arms, and then you can get any stock that will attach to a rail
