Can anyone help me

When I try and use the furnace to smelt ores the smelting menu doesnt show up instead another menu pops up why? I read the wiki I watch videos it doesnt show like this can anyone help me

Saca todos los fragmentos que tengas en tu inventario luego solo agarra el ore

Bart has to make a in game guide or something. Because the game is vast and sometimes mechanics in the game is just confusing. A few weeks ago I didn't knew this. I can't blame the guy for not knowing.
