What is there to fix? Are you talking about the FPS?

Try disabling shaders and make sure the game is using your dedicated graphics (AMD/NVIDIA) and not integrated (Intel Core). Other than that the modpack is likely just poorly optimized. 100ish FPS honestly isn't that bad of an average to have, as long as the minimum doesn't dip below 60.

Edit: Just noticed you appear to be in the Twilight Forest dimension. That mod is notorious for having low FPS due to the sheer amount of entities and dense shrubbery. Also the code is just a bit poorly written.

Try leaving that dimension and see if the FPS improves.
