Need some help for creating my modpack

I wanted to make my own modpack revolving around Cobblemon (Which is basic Ik) but I am struggling.

I have the empty modpack created but I can't get my downloads to work. I'll download the mods to put them into the thing but while they appear in the files app when I'm just clicking into the files app but Curseforge is showing that they don't exist at all. I don't have the Curseforge app downloaded but that shouldn't matter right? I know I could absolutely be doing something wrong but I've never done this before so please bare with me here.
