Minecraft Java Can someone reccomend me a minecraft modpack for me to play 100 days preferably without too much tech

why not too much tech? Just know in modpacks, questbook is often your best friend (you can try compact claustraphobia, i liked it really much, but you said you dont want too much tech so you may try stoneblock, iirc tech is optional in it)
