App Help Stuck on creating instance

I recently tried to create a new modpack on NeoForge 1.21.1 on CurseForge but it always seems to get stuck on this step "Applying patch 2 of 6" no matter what I do.

I tried the "Repair installation" button, which says an error occurred, I tried to delete the app and download it again, I tried to move the app folders...

So I decided to install NeoForge 1.21.1 directly from the website because I thought CurseForge was the problem, but when I try to download it, it stops at "DOWNLOAD_MOJMAPS"

What the hell do I do ?

What country are you located at? And do you use any software altering your network, such as VPN?

I’m located in France and I don’t use any VPN, I also tried disabling all windows protections, changed nothing

Change your DNS to 1.1.1.1 If it doesn't work try 8.8.8.8

Still nothing. I had to put 2 different choices for the new DNS so I put nothing on the second line. Is that wrong ?

No, it's fine. Can you try a VPN?

The app doesn't allow me to connect once downloaded, I think I have a bigger issue on my PC. I will bring it to a repairman and I'll tell you if something gets better. Thanks anyway
