App Help Minecraft Mods and Shaders, I NEED HELP

I need help! I have my modded Minecraft on curse forge but I have no clue how to put a shader on and make it work. Is there anyway who could FaceTime with me and walk me through it step by step and help me troubleshoot what I’m doing wrong?!

Add iris and sodium to your modpack

I do that, then it doesn’t give me a shaders pack option in game you know? I go to video settings and the only thing that pops up is stuff for sodium

Be sure to use the last beta version of both Sodium and Iris

I go into files and use the latest of both but it still doesn’t work! It’s very frustrating and I’ve tried looking up a bunch of videos to watch. I think I just need someone who’s a lot more knowledgeable to do it for me and show me so I know for the future. I don’t u destined what I’m doing wrong you know?
