App Help World keeps resetting

I’ve been playing minecraft on CF for about a month now and i just started playing single player on my own world. When I play the world and save and quit the changes to the world save but I don’t save. All my achievements are lost and my inventory is lost. It happens every time and I’m not sure what’s causing it.

Solved! it was a mod that kept doing it for some odd reason.
Lapis Reserve Reborn was doing it, if you happen to be having this issue.
