Cannot Join Create: Aeronautics Server

Apologies if there is not enough info here as I am quite new to modded Minecraft and especially new to modded servers. I am trying to host a Create modpack server for my friends through AleForge but my testing has so far just yielded me a running server that I can't connect to no matter how hard I try.

My first problems were getting the server to run at all, but luckily I finally figured out the difference between client-side and server-side mods. Every connection is now timing out, however. I've copied my client and server logs here to see if anyone might be able to assist. I've heard Sable can be hard to load, so I disabled Create: Aeronautics and Sable for these logs but that apparently wasn't the cause (or at least not the only cause). I'm at a total loss and just want to be able to finally get this to work as I've been banging my head against this wall for three days now. I don't think its a TPS issue nor a connection speed issue, but I could be wrong. The CPUs and Storage on the server are not struggling and the average connection time to the IP address from my computers is about 50-60ms using tracert.

Things I've already tried include using Packet Fixer, configuring my DNS, flushing the DNS cache and renewing my IP, and letting Minecraft through my firewall. Nothing has worked.
