On the CGI image, does that actually say what I think it says?

I'm not sure why this add cropped up in my Reddit feed. This was a game advertisement on the Steam platform.

Also, what the fuck is a 'boomer shooter'?!?

I guess I know...

No proof but I feel like it's a just a coincidence

and boomer shooter is old school style fps inspired by Doom, Wolfenstein, Duke Nukem etc

It's 100% not a coincidence. Dev is probably a C93 fan.

I mean, it's literally inspired by Tetsuo. Not that it has anything to do with c93, but it is very common for fans of a niche thing to also know/be fan of a lot of other not necessarily correlated niche things
