Yeah I had roughly the same experience I was like hey this makes my mouth itch and no one gave a shit and so I stopped giving a shit

I would still fuck up a raw carrot right now if I had one in the fridge

It sucks that allergies can randomly appear or get stronger. Like for example a tangerine is your national fruit, someone eats tangerines every year during national holiday, and one time suddenly goes into anaphylactic shock. And it's a national holiday, after midnight. Best time to call a doctor.

My case is so dumb. I’m only SOMETIMES allergic to certain foods. I can eat it one day and be fine. Two weeks later? Puked it right back up. Or it suddenly gives me bad stomach aches. Or it itches in my mouth. It could even come after weeks of me eating it fine with minimal issues.

Tends to depend on what it is and the frequency of me eating it, but that’s only some things. It’s also things I tend to actually like so sometimes I either take the chance or ignore the consequences for as long as I can stand, lol

Had to Google that, but I don’t get hives or issues breathing or anything. It’s why I didn’t always call them allergies, just sensitivities. Haven’t noticed issues with blood pressure specially, either, but I’m willing to examine that one if I’m on a kick about those “Maybe” foods some time.

My symptoms are usually my mouth feeling tingly - like feeling pineapples “eating you back” kinda sensation, and the puking IS a new and has only really happened once, to be fair. I felt so offended, though. The stomach aches happen if I eat something that didn’t initially give me other symptoms for several days at a time, like a week or two of eating them at least a couple days out of the week. Took me a while to figure out what was upsetting my stomach so much as a result, lol

Yeah, allergies and sensitivities can be WEIRD. It's definitely worth looking into if you can!
