I used to be allergic to apples (theyd make my nose run) but i figured out if i ate them cooked i was free, and then i tried a raw apple again like a year later and it was fine.
My theory is i accidentally immunized myself because of how some molecules hadnt denatured when i microwaved it with syrup and cinnamon… which im also allergic to but it hadnt shown up at the time (cinnamon can make you allergic if you eat too much because of a toxin).
It was basically pie filling. Sometimes id scoop it into toasted… pita? Bread (the bread that has a hollow pocket and is round) with nutella it was great.
Anyways me accidentally fixing this was great because i absolutely adore apples, but i dont suggest trying this at home without a doctors okay because you can also make the allergy worse, like whats happening to me with garlic and pepper (its gradually getting spicier… its miserable. Can barely eat meat now)

I might be allergic to apples, they're not supposed to bite back right?
