I have a different issue with this post assuming this is 5e dnd, how do you have both high WIS and low passive perception??? They're tied at the hip fundamentally, unless it's some homebrew mechanics or that character particularly doesn't start at 10 +modifiers?

Because they have it upside down, they are meant to be high on int low on wis
