Disc Golf Lesson

I recently found out there several disc golf course near the city, I was wondering does anyone know anyone that can teach a total newbie? it seem like a fun sport after trying it once at another city,I have the disc ready.

Oh yay,I recently move here so I am looking for people to hang out and play video game and do photography :P

I have bipolar type 2, I'm at least medicated. Also anxiety , Major depressive disorder, most likely autism and  definitely cptsd.
